1313 Circle Avenue Parking Lot Improvements – Forest Park, IL
Trine Construction recently completed parking lot improvements at 1313 Circle Avenue in Forest Park, Illinois, transforming the site into a fully functional heavy-duty concrete parking facility designed for semi-truck traffic.
A key component of this project was the underground installation of a StormTrap modular concrete stormwater management system, providing the drainage infrastructure necessary to support the newly constructed concrete surface. Additional storm sewer work was completed as part of the overall drainage improvements to ensure proper conveyance across the site.
One of the standout achievements on this project was the efficiency of the StormTrap installation — our crew received and installed every module in a single working day, coordinating over 27 truckloads in and out of the active job site. The drone footage above captures the scale of the structure and the craftsmanship our team brought to what was a highly logistical and time-sensitive operation.
