In February of 2025, Trine broke ground on a brand new dining and entertainment site consisting water main, sanitary sewer and storm sewer installation. The underground utilities installed would service three large commercial buildings containing various tenants that would bring a new energy and atmosphere to the Eastern St. Charles area.
Some new experiences include a pickleball club from Hampton Social, Rosebud Restaurant, and Fire + Wine.
