This construction project involved the conversion of old railroad grade to pavilions and trails — including all drainage, the water supply for sprinkler systems, as well as installing water fountains along the path and at the pavilions. This covered a distance of over 3.5 miles in length!
During this project, Trine coordinated closely with the general contractor and the owner to facilitate a timely completion… on a very tight schedule. Multiple permits and work locations were involved, each one presenting its own unique challenges. Multiple mobilizations were required of all parties to bring the final elements together on this project, which was unique to the Chicago area.
